Account closure and deletion

Request account closure, a copy of your data, or deletion of personal information. Requests are handled by support.

Send a request

Email ye.xinnan@yeaa.app with your account email and what you want removed. Sending from your account email helps us verify the request. If you cannot access that email or sign in, contact us anyway; do not create another account just to make a request. Do not send passwords or identity documents in your initial message.

Opening an email does not send it or delete your account. We verify that the request concerns your information before taking action. Ask for a copy of anything you want to keep before deletion.

You can use the same email to request a copy or correction of your information. After verification, support arranges an appropriate secure way to provide a copy. An authorized representative can contact us on your behalf; we may check their authorization and your identity.

What happens next

Support reviews the request, its scope and any necessary identity checks. We explain what has been removed, what remains to be processed, and any information retained with the reason for retaining it. There is no immediate automatic account-deletion feature.

A deletion request and a refund request are separate. If your account has a credit balance or a payment still processing, support reviews that separately. A payment record alone is not a reason to refuse every part of a deletion request. Records needed to resolve a transaction or meet a legal obligation may require limited retention.

Requesting deletion does not automatically forfeit your remaining credits or issue a refund. Before final account closure, support explains the effect on your balance and reconciles pending payments. You do not have to give up your balance to request deletion of personal information. Information that does not need to be retained is handled separately from the necessary payment records.

Website deletion does not automatically clear extension data in your browser or copies you sent to third parties. Backup and service-provider copies may follow separate deletion or retention processes. Read the Privacy Policy and Extension Privacy notice for their scope and limits.
