Y.EAA Extension Privacy

Scope and changes in this version

This version replaces the extension's earlier automated page operations with manual draft editing. You find recipients, paste and send messages yourself. The extension does not automatically search or read third-party pages, import profiles, fetch reference links, open or prefill conversations, send messages or confirm delivery. These statements cover this manual workflow, not the web application's other features.

Standalone scratch editing does not require a website account. Application-linked editing requires an eligible application and explicit connection from yeaa.app. It is a restricted owner preview and is not available to every website account. The web application's other account, resume and application processing is described in its separate Privacy Policy at https://yeaa.app/legal/privacy.

Information you provide and how it is used

The extension handles the scratch text you type. A connected workspace also handles selected account and application identifiers, application title, contact names, roles, companies, relevance and source notes, optional reference URLs, message drafts, and sent status and dates you report. Entries are manual and unverified. Provide information you are entitled to use and avoid unnecessary sensitive or confidential details.

We use this information to display and edit the selected workspace, keep local copies, copy text when you click Copy, and save the selected website workspace when you explicitly request it. Copy writes to the clipboard after your click; it does not read clipboard contents. A sent date is your report, not proof of delivery or acceptance.

This manual workflow does not send contacts or drafts to an AI service and does not use them for model training. It does not collect browsing history, monitor third-party pages, or log your keystrokes. This does not describe AI processing in the website's other features.

Browser-local data and connected saves

Save locally explicitly stores a standalone scratch draft in this browser. Merely typing does not save that scratch draft. Unsaved connected edits can be kept as browser-local recovery copies, limited to ten application workspaces. At capacity, local recovery saving fails visibly rather than silently replacing another application's copy. An acknowledged successful website save clears the corresponding pending recovery copy.

Save to Y.EAA sends the selected workspace through its originating authenticated HTTPS page on yeaa.app. Website storage is scoped to your account and application, with a revision check to reject conflicting writes. The extension receives selected account/application identifiers, not website passwords, authentication cookies or OAuth tokens.

The extension retains the browser and host permissions declared in the preceding store version. This manual workflow uses local storage and the side panel. The other retained permissions are not exercised by this workflow; it does not request the retained third-party hosts. The selected-workspace connection accepts only https://yeaa.app.

Hosting, database and limited use

A standalone scratch draft remains in your browser unless you copy it elsewhere. Connected website saves are processed by Vercel for hosting and Neon PostgreSQL for database storage, as part of operating yeaa.app. Those service providers handle the connected data for that service; this workflow does not send drafts to an AI provider. Requests can also produce routine hosting and security records, such as network addresses, request metadata and errors. This page does not promise a particular hosting region or a fixed backup or log deletion schedule.

Y.EAA's use of extension user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use and transfer extension data only to provide the disclosed manual workspace and related operational or security purposes. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending, or use it for unrelated purposes. This data-use commitment does not justify unused browser permissions.

Retention, export and deletion requests

A saved scratch draft remains until you replace it or clear the extension's local data. To clear that scratch draft, replace its text with empty text and choose Save locally. Copy anything you want to keep before clearing local data or removing the extension. Local recovery copies and records left by earlier extension versions are separate from your website account. Website sign-out or account deletion does not automatically clear them. Older records are not automatically imported into new manual drafts.

Depending on your use of earlier versions, retained browser data can include resume and profile information, persisted authentication state, selected application URLs and timestamps, and application or dismissal activity. Version 0.23.1 does not automatically erase these older local records or reuse them in the manual editor. Its manual workflow does not collect new credentials or perform third-party page monitoring. Clearing the extension's local data and browser storage is separate from a website deletion request; ask support if you need help identifying older-version storage.

Website account export includes saved manual workspace records. Removing a contact and saving updates the selected workspace. Successful server-side account erasure includes manual workspace records. The current automatic deletion path can refuse accounts with paid credit or order records; a deletion request is not a promise of immediate automatic erasure. Data required for legal obligations and provider backups can have separate retention requirements. We do not promise a fixed backup deletion date.

For access, correction, export or deletion requests, contact ye.xinnan@yeaa.app. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Tell us whether your request concerns browser-local extension data, saved website data or older-version records; do not email passwords or other credentials. We will explain any applicable retention limitation. You must clear browser-local extension data separately from website data.
