Y.EAA Extension Support
Write a draft, save it locally and copy it. You choose the recipient and send the message yourself.
Version 2026-10-10, in effect from .
Standalone scratch draft
Open the Y.EAA side panel in Chrome and type a scratch draft. Choose Save locally to keep it in this browser, then Copy to put the text on your clipboard. Paste into the service you use and send it yourself. Scratch editing does not require a yeaa.app account. Typing alone does not persist a scratch draft.
To clear a saved scratch draft, replace it with empty text and choose Save locally. Keep any needed text before clearing the extension's local data or uninstalling it. Website sign-out or account deletion does not clear browser-local copies.
Application-linked owner preview
The application-linked workspace is a restricted owner preview, not generally available to every website account. On an eligible tracked application in yeaa.app, enter contact information and drafts manually. Connect the extension explicitly if you want to edit the selected workspace in its side panel. Save to Y.EAA saves that workspace through the website. A reported sent date does not verify that a message was delivered.
If a connected save fails, preserve your text and use Copy. A failed or disconnected save is not a successful website save. Recovery copies are local and limited to ten applications; they can require explicit restoration. If a revision conflict is reported, review the website's current workspace before saving again.
What changed
Version 0.23.1 replaces earlier extension page automation with manual editing. It does not automatically search pages, import profiles, fill forms, open conversations or send messages. Reference links are not fetched. A simple editable introduction template is available; this manual workflow does not call an AI service.
Previously declared browser and host permissions are retained, although the manual workflow uses storage and the side panel only. See the extension privacy notice at https://yeaa.app/legal/extension-privacy for data handling and local-copy limitations.
Get help
Email ye.xinnan@yeaa.app with the extension version, whether you were editing a scratch draft or a connected workspace, and the visible error. Use synthetic text in screenshots whenever possible. Do not send passwords, cookies, tokens, full resumes or unnecessary contact/message details.
For privacy, export or deletion requests, use the same address and identify the relevant account without sending credentials. We may need to verify account ownership before handling website data requests.
