How one-time purchases work, and how to contact Yeaa Labs, Inc.
Before paying
Available credit packs show their price, currency, credit amount and validity period before you continue to Stripe Checkout. A credit pack is a one-time purchase, with no automatic renewal. Review the final amount at checkout before paying.
Where an action uses credits, review the cost before confirming it. Applying manually does not use credits intended for automated filling. Buying credits does not guarantee an interview, offer or reply.
Payment questions
Unused credits are not refundable solely because you choose not to use them. Support assesses duplicate charges, missing purchased credits, services not delivered, and refunds required by law individually.
For a duplicate charge, a purchase that has not appeared in your balance, or a refund request, contact ye.xinnan@yeaa.app. Include your account email, payment date and order reference if you have it. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or card security codes.
Contacting support does not issue an automatic refund. Your applicable legal rights remain unchanged.
